Artists Biography

Amal Nadeem’s work explores fragmental body parts to offer ambiguity through indeterminate forms and illusion of movement using photographic references and their conversion into etchings. Her work deals with human behavior, revealing the tangled, intimate, sometimes beautiful and sometimes grotesque act of grappling with what we can know and what we cannot”. Amal Nadeem is a printmaker and graduated from NCA Lahore.
